Paleo Cinnamon Crackers
These crackers are a fantastic alternative to store bought, preservative laden and artificially flavor filled crackers. They have simple ingredients + bakeup in 10 minutes. Minimal! If you're feeling fancy feel free to cut into animal shapes. I did one elephant and we moved onto squares. #basicaf
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 hefty tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
dash of pink salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup melted coconut oil.
4 tbsp honey
1.5 tsp vanilla extract.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add in coconut oil and mix until you achieve a crumby texture.
Next mix in the honey, eggs and vanilla.
Roll dough into a large ball and roll out between two parchment paper pieces and cut with a pizza cutter into squares.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
Optional, and I think that you should, dust with coconut sugar.
