Simple Skillet Meatballs

Family Style dinners are the absolute best. Passing plates and sharing portions together just inhibits a warm and HAPPY feeling. I hope that my kids will forever sit around a table, tell me about their day and laugh at my lame jokes. (Just kidding, I'm actually hilarious) These simple meatballs are so easy,  7 ingredients and made in ONE PAN. Amen.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup bone broth 

1 lb. organic ground turkey

1/4 cup almond meal

1 egg

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

pink salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl. 

Warm 3/4 cup bone broth in a 10” cast iron skillet on medium. 

Roll up the balls and add them to the pan with the bone broth.

Brown for 3-4 min each side.

Cover in marinara (homemade or store bought, however you roll) 

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake at 400 degrees for about 35-40 min. 

Serve with zoodles, sourdough pieces or pasta.
