Vanilla Spice Smoothie

This babe is my go-to when I'm not feeling well. It's full of comforting cinnamon; plus adaptogens to help tonify + nourish the immune system. It's lovely and makes you feel lovely. Cheers!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup almond milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Sprouts Vegan Vanilla or Vital Proteins Collagen Whey)

1 Tbsp ground flax seeds

1 Tbsp almond butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ashwagandha

1/2 tsp each He Shou Wu, Reishi + Chaga

Big handful of ice

Instructions:

Pour ingredients in blender in the order listed. 

BLEND. 

Top with coconut shreds, chia seeds + cacao nibs. And more cinnamon if you're infatuated with the stuff like me.
