Blue Beauty Smoothie

It's pretty to look at but it's also full of greens, berries + collagen for a natural beauty boost inside. 

Ingredients:

1 cup vanillla unsweetened almond milk (homemade or Califia Farms are my faves)

1 serving vanilla protein powder (Aloha is what I used)

1 scoop collagen peptides

large handful of fresh spring greens/spinach

1/4 frozen banana

1/4 cup frozen berries

1/2 cup frozen blue kale

1 tsp Reishi (Root + Bones)

1/2 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp flax 

handful of ice

Almond Butter for smudging ;)

Instructions:

Add liquid first. 

Then powders. 

Next, fresh greens.

Lastly, add frozen ingredients and BLEND until smooth.

Top with chia seeds, cut strawberry, pumpkin seeds, brown rice cacao crisps (One Degree Organics), and a heaping ALMOND BUTTER SMUDGE. 

 

The smudge is the best way to smoothie. Promise.
