Maple Cashew Cream Cheese Frosting

This stuff is the ish. It just is. I used it on my PSM (Pumpkin Spice Muffie) but will be using it on basically anything else I possibly can. 

It's easy and the most minimal ingredients. Plus, very low in sugar as it's sweetened with only maple syrup. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours + rinsed)

3 tbsp softened coconut oil 

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/8 tsp pink salt

1 tsp fresh lemon juice



Combine all of the ingredients in a high powered blender/food processor.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy texture is achieved. Add 2-3 tsp water as needed.

Drizzle or spoon over your treat right away OR for a thicker icing, refrigerate.
